TERMS AND CONDITIONS - All property is sold " as is where is " without guarantee or warranty of any kind. All sales are final! (ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS). ALL GOLD COINS AND JEWELRY MUST BE PICKED UP AND PAID FOR IN CASH AS WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY GOLD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect every item that you wish to bid on. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine age, condition, etc. Keep in mind, most items we sell are in used condition unless otherwise stated. Expect some dents, dings, scratches, wear, and damage that may not be seen in the pictures. Please ask questions before bidding. By placing a bid you are entering a legal and binding contract. Written or oral descriptions are our opinions only and in no way be construed as a guarantee or warranty of any kind. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity and the results of your evaluation leave uncertainty in your mind. We recommend that you do not bid on the item in question. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids that are deemed inappropriate or withdraw any item before or during the auction.

The auctioneer may facilitate the employment of carriers or packers as a convenience to purchasers but, assumes no responsibility for their actions. Buyer hereby agrees that any suit, action, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the auction shall be brought solely and exclusively in the courts of the state of Florida in and for Volusia County. Buyer further waives the right of a jury trial. Considering arbitration and reasonable means of reconciliation foremost. Your registration at the auction guarantees that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions. Internet buyers will pay a premium of 15% ( 3% discount if paying with cash ) added to the "hammer" price. Florida residents will pay 6.50 % Florida sales tax unless we have a current resale certificate on file. By submitting your bid, you agree to all of CENTRAL FLORIDA AUCTION BLOCK and HIBID terms and conditions.

 You have the right to view the items during our preview hours. ( Monday thru Thursday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. the week of the auction). All items must be paid for within 24 hours of the close of the auction. All items to be shipped are through a third party shipper: Safe Ship , 386-310-2869. Keep in mind packing and shipping can be very expensive. Our transaction ends with you at time of payment. If your item will require shipping it will be your responsable for the cost with Safe Ship or your carrier. All items to be shipped will be dropped off with Safe Ship the following week after the auction. Safe Ship will then contact you with a quote for thier services. Please do not bid if you can not abide by our terms.
